Stretch and tone muscles, release stress and tension
Riding The Wave Of The Breath, the 5 stages
Breathe... as soon as we become aware of our breath, something deep inside begins to change;
Relax... muscular tension begins to soften, mental activity lessens, the mind calms;
Feel... more present for ourself, we discover a spaciousness inside;
Watch...witnessing, observing body and mind with compassion, like a mother would for her child;
Allow...by not trying to control our experience, we are free to allow it to reveal to ourself who we really are;

Kripalu Yoga Schedule and Fees
Wednesdays 4:30 - 6pm
Tuesdays 5:45pm, intermediate to advanced
Become attuned to balancing breath with energy, will with surrender, and strength with flexibility. This class encourages mindfulness and sensitivity to self. The variety of asanas is more flowing, the postures are held longer. Meditation and relaxation (a guided awareness) are included.
Fridays 7.30am, mixed levels, ease into the day
This class blends the elements of an intermediate class while progressing into moderately advanced standing and sitting poses and backbends. We will become more conscious of finding ease and effortlessness as we listen and surrender to the wisdom of the breath. Long Shavasana and meditation.
